[JLPGA] Game Result : JLPGA 41th Fujisankei Ladies Classic (21th Apr – 23th Apr)

The JLPGA 41th Fujijsankei Ladies Classic, was held at Kawana Hotel Golf Course Fuji Course (6,457 yards/par 71) in Shizuoka.

Rookie Sora Kamiya took her first win on tour. Kamiya, who started the final day in the lead, increased her score to 73 for the day, but finished at 4-under total. Tied for second place at 3-under were Reika Arakawa, Yuka Yasuda, and Chisato Iwai.

On the par-5 18th hole, Chisato Iwai took a bogey, in that time the difference of stroke became 2 from 1 stroke at the last hole. Kamiya was therefore in a position to win even with a bogey, but there was no easy victory at the Kawana Hotel Golf Course. And she missed her second shot to the back of the green, and her 20-yard approach was 5 meters short. Also as soon as her first putt was about 70 centimeters over, the smile that had been on her face disappeared. However, the moment she put down the ball and lifted the marker, she seemed to have made up her mind and her anxious expression disappeared. With a rhythmic stroke, the ball slowly sank into the cup.
