The JGTO Mitsui Sumitomo VISA Taiheiyo Masters was held at Taiheiyo Club Gotenba Course (7,262 yards/par 70) in Shizuoka.

Shugo Imahira, who started the final day alone in the lead, finished with a two-birdie, two-bogey "70" for a 12-under total and his second win of the season.
