The JGTO MYNAVI ABC Championship Golf Tournament was held at ABC Golf Club (7,217 yards/par 72) in Hyogo.

Keita Nakajima, who started on the final day as the sole leader, made one eagle, seven birdies, and three bogeys for a "66" to win the tournament with a total of 24 under par. It was the lowest score that one stroke better than recorded by Shingo Katayama in 2003. It was his third win of the season, following the ASO Iizuka Challenged in June and the Yokohama Minato Championship in August. Shaun NORRIS (South Africa) was in second place at 21 under par. The previous year's winners, Mikumu Horikawa and Taiga Semikawa, are in third place at 20 under par. Hideto Tanihara, who has won two tournaments this season, finished in 14th place at 12 under par. Aguri Iwasaki, who won his first major this season at the Japan Open Golf Championship, finished the tournament in 26th place at 8-under par.

The final day was a "game requiring patience". On the 2nd, 5th, and 7th holes, he placed his tee shots in the fairway and used a wedge to 1m, 1m, and 50cm, respectively. Then, at the 207-yard par 3 3rd hole, he hit a duck hook ball with 4I in the headwind and it was on 4 meters to the right of the pin. At the 6th hole (par 5), his second shot went to the left bunker far from the pin but shot the remaining 30 yards from the bunker to 2 meters next to the pin. As a result, he made five birdies in the first seven holes to get out of a close match. At the midway point, the gap to second place was temporarily one stroke. But it was the 15th hole (par 5) that clinched his victory. With 264 yards to go, he hit the ball 2.5m to the right of the pin with 3W and made an eagle.
