The GOLF5 Ladies Golf Tournament, was held at Golf5 Country Hibaishi Course (6,472 yards/par 72) in Hokkaido.

Kokona Sakurai won her third event of the season with a 10-under total, becoming only the third player in history to win three tournaments in her teens. 9-under total. One stroke behind the leader, tied for second place with Mimu Yamashita and Sakura Koiwai. Ai Suzuki, who started in the lead on the final day, finished in fourth place at 8-under.

Sakurai was unfazed by the fact that both Ai Suzuki and Sakura Koiwai in her same group birdied on the starting holes. Second shot on the next hole par-5, she chose a 3W from 230 yards to the pin and succeeded in hitting the green in two. She missed the eagle putt of 2.5 meters to the pin but made the birdie putt after that with ease. Then, at the par-5 5th hole, she hit her signature driver shot and her ball went to the front edge of the green. She then putt her second shot, and it was on 1 meter to the pin for birdie. Suzuki made a bogey on the same hole putting her alone in the lead at this point. However, she bogeyed the par-4 9th hole and was once again in the mix with her rivals.

On the par-4 18th hole, with three players including Sakurai tied for the lead, Sakurai kept the fairway on her tee shot and had 124 yards left to the pin. She placed it 2 meters to the left of the pin with a 46-degree wedge, and for the first time that day, she felt a sense of urgency. It was a left-to-right breaking putt. The ball, which she stroked only considering the distance, disappeared from the right edge of the cup into the cup.
