The JLPGA Daio Paper elleair LADIES OPEN, was held at Elleair Golf Club Matsuyama (6,575 yards/par 71) in Ehime.

Serena Aoki, who started the final day in 2nd place, finished 67 for a 13-under total and her second win of the season and her fifth win on the tour. In second place at 12-under was Mao Saigo, who won the previous week.

On the 1st and 2nd holes, she used a 6U and 9W to reach the pin by 4 meters and 3 meters, respectively, for consecutive birdies. On the par-5 17th hole, where many players succeeded in shooting the green in two, she made a layup on the second shot and hit 57 yards to the pin with her third shot at 58 degrees. She placed it 1 meter to the lower left of the pin and took a one-stroke lead over Saigo, who was tied for the lead. On the par-4 18th hole, Aoki hit a shot from the rough left to about 12 meters to the front right of the pin. She was one shot ahead of second-place Mao Saigo, who had already holed out. A two-putt par would have won the tournament, but it was a difficult situation to get within one putt easily. However, she holed out to win with a par, only 1 meter over par for the first putting.
