The JGTO Yokohama Minato Championship -Fujiki Centennial- was held at Yokohama Country Club (7,231 yards/par 71) in Kanagawa.
On the final day, Keita Nakajima, who came out of a tie for second place, two strokes behind, finished with a "66". His 13-under total was his second win of the season and his third on the tour. Taiga Semikawa is in second place at 12-under, Taisei Shimizu is in third place at 11-under, and Ryutaro Nagano is in fourth place at 10-under. Yuki Inamori, who started the day as the sole leader, increased his score by one with a "72" and was tied for fifth with Dahei Sato, Kohsuke Suzuki, and Sang-Hee LEE (Korea) at 9-under total. Kazuki Higa tied for 19th at 4-under, Shugo Imahira and Mikumu Horikawa tied for 25th at 3-under, and Wataru Ishikawa (Ryo Ishikawa's brother) tied for 51st at 3-over.
Nakajima started the day in second place, two strokes behind, and birdied the first hole to catch up to Inamori. At the 2nd hole, he had a birdie chance of 4 meters, but it was temporarily suspended due to rain at this hole. During that time, Nakazima kept on simulating his putting. As a result, he made a birdie after play resumed as expected to take the lead. Then, at the 6th hole, he made an 8-meter putt for birdie. Then, at the par 4 8th hole, he followed his plan and putted 5 meters to the right of the pin for birdie. The 8th hole is a 330-yard par 4, where the decision of whether or not to go for the green in one is crucial. Semikawa, who is in contention with Nakajima for the championship, lost the ball as a result his trying the green in one shot and made a double bogey on this hole, which set him back. On the 18th hole, Nakajima was one stroke lead, his 15-meter birdie putt was not easy, but he two-putted it for the win.
