[JGTO] Game Result : JGTO TOKEN HOMEMATE CUP (30th Mar – 2nd Apr)

The JGTO TOKEN HOMEMATE CUP, was held at Toke Tado Country Club Nagoya (7,062 yards/par 71) in Mie.

Shugo Imahira, who started the day two stroke behind from fourth place, was a "63" with eight birdies and no bogeys to win the opening round with a total of 20 under par. This was his 8th win on Tour since the "Golf Partner PRO-AM Tournament" in May 2022. Rikuya Hoshino, who started co-leader with Ryo Ishikawa in final day, he stroked 67 and finished in second place at 18-under par, and Ryo Ishikawa and H. L. Hunley were in third place at 17-under par.

Imahira started the day two groups ahead from the final group. On the par-5 4th hole on the front nine, he made first birdie, and followed by a 2-meter birdie on the 9th hole to improve his score. He then made a birdie on the back nine, and after a birdie on the 10th hole, he made three birdies in a row on the 12th, 13th, and 14th holes to jump to the top of the leaderboard. On the par-5 17th hole, he could not make eagle, but made birdie, and on the final hole, the 18th, he made and finished with birdie for 2-meter putt.
