[JLPGA] Game Result : JLPGA NOBUTA GROUP Masters GC Ladies (19th – 22nd Oct)

The JLPGA NOBUTA GROUP Masters GC Ladies, was held at Masters Golf Club (6,495 yards/par 72) in Hyogo.

Nana Suganuma, who started the final day tied for the lead, finished "70" with three birdies and one bogey to win the tournament with a 14-under total, three strokes ahead of second place. It was her second win following "NEC Karuizawa 72 Golf" in August. Miyu Yamashita scored a "72" with 3 birdies and 3 bogeys to finish in 2nd place at 11-under with Amiyu Ozeki and Mami Fukuda. Haruka Morita, Seonwoo Bae (Korea), and Haruka Amamoto were tied for 5th place at 10-under. The previous week's winner, Kokona Sakurai, finished at 8-under 9th place.

She made birdies at the 4th hole (par 3), 9th hole (par 4), and 12th hole (par 5), gradually widening the gap between herself and 2nd place. She was playing the Sunday back nine while checking the scoreboard to see what the other players were doing, and when she saw that she was three strokes out of second place with three holes remaining, she knew that she was close to winning the tournament. But she kept her concentration until the final hole. She ended the day with three birdies and one bogey for a round of 70 and a total score of 14 under par. Despite the difficult course with hard greens and deep rough, she made only four bogeys over the four days. Her consistency led to her victory. And it was her putting that was particularly brilliant.
